For a disinfectant, you can use:

• Sanitizing wipes (kept in the maintenance closet)

• Sanitizing spray (kept under the kitchen sink, with refills in the maintenance closet)
  -
• Alcohol
  
  

Apply disinfectant, wait three minutes, then wipe with a clean cloth or paper towel.
