A plasma cutter is a tool that cuts conductive metals like steel, aluminum, and copper. It uses a high-speed jet of ionized gas to melt and blow away the metal.  It is used in fabrication to create custom cuts on sheet metals.

Basic Operation

Common Hazards
Cutting galvanized steel can produce zinc fumes, which can be hazardous if inhaled Burns if improper safety protection is worn Blue light emitted from cutting head can damage vision Fire risk
Care
Wrap up the plasma gun hose, ground clamp hose, and disconnect air line after use
Use
Used to create custom freehand cuts on sheet metals in straight, curved, or angled forms.
