Member Participation at Board of Directors Meetings
Guidelines are as follows:
1. Member submits, in writing, a request to present an issue to the BOD (board@protohaven.org)
2. Request must be submitted 2 weeks in advance of the meeting (note that meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.)
3. Board will review requests and notify member of acceptance - a maximum of 1 issue will be accepted for each meeting and only one member can attend the meeting to present the issue
4. Member will have 15 minutes to present their issue and engage in dialogue with the BOD members
5. BOD members will take the issue under advisement and will report back to the member within 2 weeks of the meeting. BOD will not be obligated to make a decision during the meeting in which the issue is discussed.
